    Goal: To complete Insanity AND kick butt at the 2nd fit test!
    Start Weight: 188.1lbs
    Personal goal at the end of November: 183lbs

    Need to get pumped up and motivated to reach my first mini goal (deadline was today but missed by 1lb) and stay focused for the next goal. Feel free to add me fellow Spartans, especially if you're doing Insanity too! Let's rock November!

    Tomorrow's the big day! I've got everyone so far in a spreadsheet. I will do my very best to keep up with the stats. If anyone's dying to take over the task, send me a message because I could certainly use the time to keep motivational posts and replies up, if someone else will handle the stats.

    I figure the easiest way is to post the username and the progress, and skip the goal/start. Some people may not want their stats broadcast. Something like:

    Week 1
    NAME_________PROGRESS
    kateland_______-2.0 lbs <-- loss
    sittingduck76____10 of 40 miles <--- personal or "other" goal
    someone_______0.5 lbs <---gain

    etc :)

    Get some rest tonight, people...for we are about to DESTROY November!

    Well, it's November in my part of the world. Here are my starting numbers.

    Name: GlitterMouse
    Goal: 1) climb 10,000 steps during November (about 334 steps a day)
    2) spend 900 mins during Nov (30 min a day) supporting MFP friends and strangers
    Start Weight: 258.3
    Start Measurements: waist = 46 hips = 52

    Goal Weight: 210

    I'm off to a dodgy start after doing my first spin class on Sunday and stupidly trying to keep up with the advanced ones. Cycled 22 miles Yesterday on really sore legs. Yup, having to Work From Home Today, can barely get down the stairs! Arrrgh....
