    Well October was the worst a 3 pound gain. I should be glad it was not more due to lack of exercise and some pretty rotten eating. Time to knuckle down.

    Starting Weight: 127
    Goal: 121 (6 pounds for extra motivation)

    I plan to:
    Work out at minimum 5 days a week.
    Drink 6 glasses of water (8 is too many for me, I need to work up to that).
    Stay under 1400 calories everyday, no excuses.

    Whoops, I forgot to weigh in before breakfast today. :blushing: HOWEVER, after eating lots of salt and a few too many PayDays yesterday and eating a very large breakfast, I was down 2lbs from yesterday. :noway: I think I'm gonna try weighing in on Tuesday for the month instead of Fridays. My weekends are becoming more hectic, so knowing I weigh in early in the week may help.

    Hoping to get over this cold, it's been a week. Headed to a 'take care' clinic to see how serious this cold is. I have another 5k Saturday and I need to get back to my training for a half asap. Speaking of 5ks... Race results are in from Sundays' Halloween 5k! Official time was 37:57, I placed 6th in my age group and 36th total women :D Tylers' official time was 46:18, 2nd in his age group and 38th total men. YAY!!

    Weigh in this morning-- 175 lbs. Not sure what day of the week i want to weigh in. I think i will start doing it on Thursdays. I hate the Monday/tues. weigh-in when u were not your best all weekend. I'm sure some of you can understand lol.
    Question how often do we weigh in for a monthly challenge? Just at the end of the month or wat?
    If anyone wants a friend i'm new here and need some so feel free to add me.

    Decided I've had enough of this cough/sore throat crap (it's been a week) and I can't get in as a new patient at my hubbys' docs til JAN! So I went to a Walgreens Take Care Clinic today.. I have broncitis and strep :/ Bleh. That sucks cause I really wanted to go to Zumba tonight. Oh well, rest and soup and no work tomorrow per docs orders..

    :glasses: here we are into November already! October was not a good month for me,

    after doing great most of the summer I lost momentum and gained most of the weight

    back again. I have decided to change my goal slightly to be 130 as my goal instead of 125.

    Also, kick it up a notch for a goal of 90 minutes of activity a day at least 5 times a week.

    I will get back into weight training 3 times a week and set my dietary goals to see if the

    5 pounds a month will be doable!!! I am excited for all of us:drinker: cheers to a

    successful month of November for health, weightloss and most of all HAPPINESS:flowerforyou:

    Well, here's todays weigh-in: 191 (two lbs down from last week :smile:
    My goal is to lose 5lbs (or more) this month. Part of my plan was to start the 30D Shred today, but I am still quite sick (been sick for a freaking week :angry: ) So I figure I will start it tomorrow and go until Dec 1.
