    Awesome post and spectacular results! Long, tough hikes in the mountains have had a similar effect for me. I LOVE all the extra calories I earn. :-)

    I heard running gives you wrinkles. That's why I never ever run.

    Only if you always run in the sun without sunscreen for a number of years. They say it's the sun damage that makes you look old, not running.

    Lol, of course it's not the running. I run 40+ miles a week. I was kidding. (notice the sig?)

    Barbie, you look amazing! I hope your results inspire more to run.

    "after a long run"... not "at the end of the day"

    I eat between 2500-3000 calories on a dailyyy basis. Yuuup. Where does it allll go? haha
