I am SO behind! I got in 5 this morning and am anxious to make up some ground this week. I have had a very sick boxer who I am tending to, so any running time has had to be put on hold for my girl!

Sorry! Is it possible it could be that you were dehydrated? I get a bit dizzy if I don't drink enough so it got me thinking. HOpe you are feeling better!0 -
Just got done with my first run in 17 days (2 miler) ...leg is feeling much better...will probably only be able to get in 30-35 miles this month..better than nothing I guess.....will definitely be down for a December, January and February challenge....will create a ticker later....thanks for inviting me back!

Running a 5K this weekend! Hoping to break 27 minutes (or shave of 18 second from my current best time - 'current' because my other best time, my PR, is from over 20 years ago and it may be unreachable -- I think, but maybe some day!).0

Possibly, especially with alcohol 2 nights at the weekend and not as much to drink as I would do when I'm at work. I'll have to keep an eye on that if it is the case
Anyway the good news is that I'm much better today and managed a 4 3/4 miles after work tonight. If possible I'll grab those extra walking miles in at the end of the month to make up for yesterday
