    Since I hit my goal yesterday I am going to coast! Today I ran 1 mile, did a half hour of lifting and then walked 1 more mile. Siggies updated!

    Whoa, carlton. I tell people that I move on average 150 miles a month and their jaws drop. 50 miles in a day is downright incredible.

    Thanks! It is a hard interval workout and it took me awhile to be able to make it through the entire 3 hours. It helps me stay in shape during the Fall and Winter months since i can't get outdoors much due to the weather here in the midwest. I do a charity bike ride every year in September where I ride 100 miles two days in a row. It's funny how riding 100 miles gives you a different perspective on riding 50. ;-)
