After having a rest day on Sunday we are going to have a hardCORE Monday.
50 crunches/sit ups
25 righ oblique crunches
25 left oblique crunches

30 plank intervals (by this I mean start with arms extended then lower one arm to rest on your forearm and then lower the other so you are in a lower plank. Just like week one you can break these up into a circut of your choice. However, do your best to keep this as one workout. The easiest way to break it up is into 5 sets but you are free to do it as you would like.

I would still drink the 8-10 glasses of water a day, personally i find this to be the greatest of benefits for me.0 -

Alright ladies this is the bonus challenge just for today
SUPRISE! Tomorrow the bonus points will be earned in the form of calories BURNT! Your team will earn 1 point for every 100 calories that your team earns. If your team burns a total of 5,024 points that is 50 extra points....or if your teams pulls of 906 then your team earns 9 points. The points will be rounded to the closest 100.
We have to burn good calories today to get points... sorry i was really sick yesterday and thus could not check to post this yesterday for you. Please try your best0 -
Got in today's workout, they are getting harder! those calf raises look easy, but ouch! I use a HRM and burned 145 calories with the workout and 800 calories in 4 hours of pulling weeds in my gardens....I'm still not done with the weeds!! That's 945 calories for me today. Whoo hoo! Go Team Bestest Burners!!!0

today was tough!!!! I got in the daily exercise and 7miles. I don't have a treadmill and my pedometer sucks, so I figured it like this:
12 miles on stationary bike = 3 miles,
15 minutes on elliptical I used an activity chart and it gave a bit over 4000 steps = 2 miles
30 minutes of jogging in place = 2 miles or so
If that needs to be adjusted, it's fine with me. I hope the next couple of days are easier, I'm sore! : {0 -

Well I don't have any type of exercise equipment at my house and I don't belong to a gym but I ran 2 miles today. Also got my workout it. Sorry I don't have as many miles to log as everyone else! Keep up the good work ladies!0

Good morning. I completed 8 miles yesterday and exercises on other thread. Got all my water in and stayed under calories.
