Down 4 lbs. to 145!!! I don't know how that happened, I haven't been good enough to deserve that.... could be water weight.0

That happened to me 2 weeks ago... i think what set this off for me was drink 12+ cups of water a day. That is why i always stress drinking lots of water.

I asked her for the results for the mile challenge from last week... I do not know if Belinda posted them, but I missed them somehow. Now I know we will be in first place for that challenge because of tsumpter.. she did 22 miles!!!

Hey everyone sorry I have MIA lately, I have been sick with Bronchitis (sp?) and a bad sinus infection.
But I have been keeping up with my workouts and under calories! Still drinking lots of water (I know that is not the challange right now but figure it cant hurt)
