3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 11/7- 11/13

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    In for week 4 and staying with 4,000 calories.

    This will be week 3 for me - I didn't quite make my 4000 last week so I'll have another go at it.

    Thanks for doing this, it definitely helps keep me motivated to exercise!

    I'm in again! I only burned 3K last week, I was close, we had two rain days. I like this challenge, thanks for posting it!
