I lost 1-2 lbs every week, it was sooooooooooo easy and I felt like being the lucky one. It has stopped now exactly 1 week after I've upped my workouts. I'm running twice a week now (interval) and do fitness at home 20-30 mins Jillian M. WHY is it that it's not moving, after a hard workout day the scale shows 1lbs more and I'm always hungry. I'll open my food diary for 24 hours so you can check it out. I HAVE eaten more, then less (zigzag), changed workout routine and I drink more than 8 cups a day (never log it). I would have about 10 cups of water plus herbal teas like nettle or green tea. Have 2 or 3 coffees though. Sodium is low, I always keep it below 1000. Any idea?0

how many calories you eating a day? as a female no less than 1200 or your body goes into starvation mode wants more food and stores everything which causes weight gain you body could be trying to adjust also what I do once every few weeks is shock it and go eat at my fav Chinese buffet or enjoy some pizza with hubby and eat my fav candy bar, usually keeps it going I don't do it all the time but once in a blue moon Remember takes 3500 cals to gain/lose 1lb of fat, smaller you are harder it gets, bigger you are easier it gets but whole point is for us to get smaller
I know you can do it Cnocnacu! anything else you wanna know just msg me or add me even!0 -
