Wish it wasn't made with sugar-free stuff :/ I get bad headaches.

i'm not a fan of pumpkin. I'll probably make it with sweet potatoe instead.

Hi guys! Here's a link to the recipe online. http://www.dashrecipes.com/recipes/dr/s/sweet-pumpkin-whip.html
It serves 6, and the nutritional information is as follows: Per serving: 180 calories, 37g carbs, 2g protein, 30g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 190mg sodium, 2g fiber

I love that you all have used butterscotch and vanilla puddings, too! Way to improvise! Has anyone been able to find the 3.4oz box of sugar-free fat-free instant cheesecake mix? I hear it's difficult to find..

I just went to the link and one of the comments said "Do NOT use 3- 1 oz boxes of pudding". I think the 3.4 oz is the box with regular sugar. I was unable to find a 3.4 oz box of sugar free, fat free pudding mix. I found 1 oz boxes (but will have to use vanilla--no cheesecake at my store). Will probably double the recipe to use the whole can of pumpkin. Sounds delish.
