    You know... My husband is blue collar also. Out in the extreme heat in the Summers, and extreme cold in the winter. Sometimes he works right thru lunch in hopes of getting home to relax sooner. Other times he is just to hot or cold to eat. Having gone out to help him do his job.... I can completely understand this. You want to do something good for him as a wife, but he is not eating what your making. So that is upsetting you. I assure you that he is not just doing it to upset you. Stop making his lunch if it bothers you so much. Otherwise get over it. I am sure he appreciates you making his lunch though. Why don't you talk to him, and find out if he wants you to continue making his lunch.

    My wife has never made lunch for me and I am 100% fine with that.
