    Household illness (4 kids+me) made exercise last week non-existant. :sad: Hopefully I can get back on track this week!

    I WASN'T SUCCESSFUL WITH THIS CHALLENGE THIS MONTH MAYBE I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL NEXT MONTHS CHALLENGE. I REALLY NEED TO GET ON THE BALL. I AM LOSING WEIGHT BUT I AM GOING BACK AND FORTH AND I KNOW IT IS FROM MY INCONSISTENCIES NOW IT IS TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT I HAVE NOT COME THIS FAR TO TURN BACK NOW.

    Sun- 80 min (30 DS 60 walking)

    Week 4: Total Mins 470/550 - nope didnt meet again.


    - well first week I haven't made my goal :( got to busy sunday I guess.... same goal next week and I'll make it im sure :D

    Week 2 (Dec. 5) Goal is 240 minutes under by 60 minutes :grumble:

    Still working on those thyroid issues. Scan came back good, just have to have another in three months, but all looks good.:drinker:
