I guess I have some updating to do!
Goal- 300 minutes
Week 1- 410
Week 2- 360
Week 3- 360
Week 4- 375
Week 5-375
Week 5
Mon - 12/26 Body sculpt 60 minutes
Tues- 12/27 ABC -60 minutes
Wed
Thurs- 12/29 ABC- 60 minutes
Fri- 12/30 spinning 45 minutes
Sat- 12/31 spinning 60 minutes
Sun- 1/1 spinning -90 minutes
Total 375
Thanks Mollie for the challenge! I made it through the month meeting my goal every week. Now, if only I had watched the calories! I'm up a few pounds after the holidays, but the exercise helped keep that to a minimum! Here's to a Happy Healthy New Year to all!0 -

Lynn you did wonderful!!! and you are right the exercise still helped stay off some calories and it could have been more gained for sure. That is why the eating is still a tad bit more than important than exercise. Keep up the good work!0 -
