I tell myself what's the use of this if I am not going to give it my all everything!0

I think I'll bad I feel if I don't finish
I'll just concentrate on the music or some other thought
Ill break the last minutes into smaller portions.
Think how nice it will be to publish my results to my MFP friends0 -
Sometimes I pre-log my planned workout on MFP and therefore I am forced to do it because I can't lie to myself or my friends! Plus I like to see how much I will burn! =-)0

Either a very motivating song towards the end of my workout playlist, OR what's been working lately is looking at my HRM. If I'm only at say....358 I push myself all out the last five minutes or so since I want to go over 400.
And I tell myself nothing will ever change if I don't bust my *kitten*.
