I've lived in Germany for 6 years. Ate horse in both France and Germany...dang the language barrier. It was ok. I don't think it will go mainstream here. And won't go out of my way for it.

Will McD's have horse burgers? Most likely not.

I'm guessing that horses are more intelligent than cattle -- but does a horse somehow have more of a "soul" than cow, or something?
