ok first time trying to post, i think i have it though...

I started at 66.2kg (145.9lb) but in the before photo i had already lost a couple of kilos (about 5lb), finished at 59kg (130lb), i am 5'7

You look great!!! So does everyone else on here btw How did you lose your weight? Any food and exercise advice? I've been on MFP for almost a week and I do not feel/look like I've lost anything so I'm hoping when I weigh myself Saturday (my weigh in days) that I will see at least 1 lb gone!

Congrats to everyone on their progress you all look great keep up the good work!

great job everybody! these are the type of threads that have kept me going.

first pic was taken in the fall of '09 second was taken in may. There's about a 105 lb difference between the two pics.



Still working on it, feeling like I'll be in a calorie deficit forever haha.

OMG you are all so amazing!! so inspirational and living proof of what can be done when you put your mind (and body) to it. Going to do my "before" pics this weekend and i cant wait to be able to post them on here with my "after" pic - hopefully before i hit the Download festival in June (keep thinking bikini body, bikini body)

This is so awesome! Did you start jogging before you lost any weight? I ask b/c i worry about being heavy and hurting m knees. I used to run, but that was over 10 years ago.
