    Picture on the left is taken at a birthday party in July. I was weighing in around 222. THhe picture on the right was taken during the Super Bowl Party... weighing in at 164

    First pic April 210lbs. 2nd pic Oct 160lbs .. lost 50lbs in 6 months... Weight loss has slowed down and I have finally lost the 10lbs I gained back over Christmas..LOL

    This thread is addictive. I just went through all 16 pages. So many incredible transformations, and so inspiring for a "beginner". I hope I'll have my own before and afters to post in a few months. Until then, I'll definitely be checking back here for motivation.
