    the first picture was Feb 14th 2011 i was 220lbs and 30 years old....its a shame i dont have a better before picture

    feb 10 2012 @ 172 lbs. (about 48lbs lost)

    I just posted mine in a separate post, but I'll post them here too. I'm not finished yet. Still have about 60 more pounds left to lose.

    The first picture was of me at my heaviest...281lbs. I actually started my weight loss at 277lbs though. I'm 5'7" by the way

    As sad as I have to admit, except for the gray hair, I have not really changed too much in comparison LOL really..whoops..photo bucket not wokring for this? Well until I figure out how to get photos on here, see my pics to left, LOL you'll see, no difference..Yet!! getting there though

    The thing that strikes me the most in these pictures if my facial expression. I HATED the camera in the first shot but was more than happy to pose for the second! The first picture was taken Jan 2009 (180 lbs) and the second was March 2010 (135 lbs). I've kept most of the weight off but am currently working to take of about 5 pounds that I have put back on!

    Wow, you look wonderful.
    Keep up the what your doing, any tips on what you eat would be appreciate it..
    Just watching calories and fat.....
    Starting is the hardest part for me, once i get going i am okay
