you eat or net 2000?
I try to net 2000 every day, sometimes more, sometimes less. I try to hit my macros more than a specific calorie goal though.0 -

I thought I would jump on the women strength training bandwagon and post some pictures. I lift heavy weights and I eat a lot, like 2000+ every day.
Interesting fact: I have also never set foot on a treadmill in my life, ever.
Just as a side note I've put on a full 10 lbs from my low weight (125) and I'm wearing smaller clothes than I ever have before. It's crazy what a little muscle can do.
can you give us an update? i know you posted this in december, are you still doing the NROWL?0 -

Oh wow, never expected to see this bumped.
I'm doing really well. I got really into rock climbing and yoga recently, but I'm still doing NROLFW, although I recently started the program over again.
I'll take some new progress pictures soon and post them.0 -

It makes sense to me! Measure out 1 cup of fat and 1 cup of muscle. When placed on a scale, the muscle will weight more than the fat.....but of course is leaner!!!0
