Diet Food Obsession - What's yours?

I am addicted to the Market Pantry brand Turkey Meatballs from Target. At only 130 calories for 6 of them (and only 1.5 minutes to heat in the microwave) they make a great low cal meal or snack. I’ve been keeping a constant supply of them at home at work. YUM!

What’s your “diet” food obsession?

Kale chips, for 2 cups of uncooked kale (I add one tablespoon of olive oil), it's close to 180 calories, you have much more than with real chips :)

I'm so glad other people know about that flavor! That is my all-time favorite :D When I lived in Connecticut, I could rarely find that flavor. But when I moved to Ohio last month, I keeled over when I saw that practically every grocery store carries it. It's like stumbling upon the Bovine Treat Holy Land! ^_^

winter squash (pumpkin, butternut, acorn, etc), bananas, walnuts/pecans

Those are my favorite things to eat right now...especially the banana nut combo. I've been making everything banana nut lately--pancakes, muffins, waffles, oatmeal

If by "diet food" you mean low-cal/reduced fat then "none".

I like real food and I am generally obsessed with all food in all its deliciousness.
