Claussen pickles! The halves only have 5 calories in them!

You can eat the whole jar for like 30 calories ( don't do it....loads of salt) It's nice to know I can get my salt fix, though!

Dr McDougle's Big Bowl Hot and Sour Organic Ramen.

With a little bit of Tamari in it.

Freaking delicious. Filling enough for a meal, @ 170 calories can be a snack!

One of my new(er)-to-me favorite things to eat now for a snack is:
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt (I use Open Nature brand from Safeway because I get it free with coupons, LOL)
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter (I use Planters, just because that's what we have here)
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (from Costco)

Mix all together with a mixer and eat with a spoon. Feeds my chocolate craving and is full of protein :)

Are you the kind that likes to munch on ice after the liquid is gone? Try frozen mixed veggies directly from the freezer into your mouth. Sounds weird, but I'm addicted to it. And it's of course healthy!

I have two things I love and have one or the other almost every day. I would eat them even if I wasn't trying to lose weight because they are tasty, low cal, low fat and not frankenfood (meaning no preservatives, additives, or HFCS)

Better'n Peanut Butter - less fat than regular PB, less calories than regular PB and it tastes wonderful. - 2T is 100 calories and 2.5g of fat. Much better than PB which is 185 calorie and 16g of fat.

Vita-Top Muffins - love these things! I either have them for breakfast or dessert in the evenings. 100 calories, 1 to 1.5g of fat depending on what kind I have.

Low calorie food? I don't buy any special diet foods, but my Mom always has a stock of (I think Weight Watchers) raspberry ice cream bars that are dipped in dark chocolate. Those are awesome. I think they are 90 calories.

Oh, I do really like Smartpop Kettle corn.

    Anything other than diet food.

Does beer count as an obsession?

Anyone ever tell you that you look like Dexter?

Haha, no this would be the first.
