Grilled cheese sandwich
Warmed up granola
I love both of these ideas!0 -
crepes stuffed with fruit and creme fraiche or nutella
You are the winner! Now who wants to cook this amazing crepe breakfast for me? Anyone?
Crepes are just EGGS with flour and milk added, cooked like an omelette.0 -
Cream of wheat is very yummy!0
-
They have muffins that are only 100 calories.. I eat those with the 1/3 fat cream cheese 170 calories of yummy (and hot) goodness0

That's akin saying a Cake is just EGGS with flour, milk and sugar added. I also don't think omelet-prepared eggs would taste very good with Nutella! :-) Seriously... I've eaten eggs and I've eaten crepes - they are not the same thing at all to my palette. The addition of the milk and flour gets rid of the sulfur-y quality I don't enjoy experiencing with plain eggs.0 -
I like Quinoa flakes!0

I have cream cheese on toasted whole wheat when I'm sick of oatmeal (One day of oatmeal and I'm done with it for a week...)0

Have you tried chocolate ice cream?0

Have you tried chocolate ice cream?
Why yes I have! I'd be happy to eat it for breakfast... in the summer time. :-) Hmmm.... maybe I should try microwaving it?0 -
Malt-o meal!0

Weetbix or oat brits. Or try out some different porridges - you can have quinoa flakes, oat and barley porridge, steel cut oat porridge....
If you were Aussie I would suggest vegemite toast. It is magical. You could also have crumpets (vegemite crumpets are yummy! but honey, golden syrup or jam are more traditional crumpet toppings).0 -
Hot Rice Cereal.0

Wow, that took pickiness to a whole new level. I thought I was bad.0

Bacon sarnie?! Sausage Sarnie?! Croissant?!0

Toast with peanut butter? English muffins with cheese and turkey sausage.
Oops... I guess I should have mentioned that I'm not a fan of peanut butter. Crazy, I know. Too bad Nutella isn't good for me. I love that stuff.
why can't you have nutella?0 -
Steel Cut oats are MUCH better than instant oatmeal0
-
....fruit?0
-
Gonna sound cliche but how about a good ol' veggie sandwich? I put lettuce, cabbage and tomato slices in mine then pour some butter over it (or cheese, mayonnaise... whichever floats your boat).0

you don't seem to like food very much, um eat what you like in smaller portions. so maybe pancakes since you like them and eat a fruit with it and a lot of water0
-
Warm milk on shredded wheat is pretty darn good..0
-
Cream of wheat or add hot milk to a bowl of mini shredded wheat bits. Turkey sausage is great.0
-
grits
with low fat cheese... mmm mmm0 -
oh! what about a baked apple with a little brown sugar? warm.. not eggs.. not waffles or pancakes..0

where are you in the world? If in the UK, i'd recommend vogels soya and linseed bread, toasted with whatever spreads etc you do like. It's lovely, got a decent protein and fiber content (better than oatmeal) and is dead easy for breakfast. I love my porridge, but I alternate it with this.0

Skip breakfast.
Seriously.
we could skip breakfast? i thought that is the most important meal of the day?0 -
Good grief, girl!! Are you old enough to have seen "When Harry Met Sally"? That is YOU! I love eggs and especially dinner for breakfast, so I'm not going to be any help to you. Good luck -- and do NOT skip breakfast!!0
-
I make a big pancake out of a packet of choc chip oatmeal, an egg white and a 1/4 cup of water, with Cary's SF syrup, delish for under 200 calories.0
-
Simple hot toast and marmalade! Yum!0
-
Toast with real fruit jam and turkey sausage or some other breakfast meat you enjoy & that isn't a heart attack on a plate.0
-
I looked up "healthy breakfast muffins" and found a few recipes I liked and just made a batch. You can freeze them, then in the morning, grab one and microwave for like 35-45 seconds and its nice and hot
And for recipes that call for oatmeal, sometimes I throw the oatmeal into a food processor so the oatmeal is more "flour-y"
Hope this helps anyone0
