    I think there are a lot of people on this thread that have a lot to be thankful for over Christmas if the thing that is making you dread Christmas is food related. Cheers to all of you!

    I'm going up to my parents for Christmas, they know I'm eating better these days and I've already said I'll be upping my veggie intake/lowering my sweets. I'll be keeping up my exercise, and probably getting more as they have 4 dogs!
    I think I'll be disappointed in myself if I go crazy.
    Just gotta worry about dealing with the family *sigh*
