Down 1.4lbs this week. Good but whats even better is that I'm no longer obese!!! I'm gonna step up the activity this week as I really want to lose more than 2lbs. Good luck everyone!

Moving along slowly but surely! At this point, not tracking toward a 10-pound loss in January, but I'm losing and that feels GREAT! I had two not-so-great days last week, so this week I'm gonna BRING IT! Hoping next Sunday's loss is more than .6 for the week. Thanks for the motivation everyone!
