    Things I like to munch on:

    carrots/cucumbers with roasted red pepper or pine nut hummus
    Chobani pineapple yogurt
    cuties
    berries-all of them are so yummy: strawberry, black berries, blueberries, raspberries
    Pita crackers with hummus
    Blue corn organic tortilla chips and salsa
    Popcorn lightly salted
    banana
    ambrosia apple-sweet and crunchy

    I am obsessed with Chobani Pineapple Yogurt! - 160 calories
    Quaker Lower Sugar Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal - 160 calories

    1/2 cup of fresh blueberries with 2 TBSP cool whip.

    1 TBSP of PB right from the jar

    1 Dove Dark Chocolate square with 1 cup of coffee

    1 cup of herb tea with 1 TBSP honey

    any fruit, apple, pear, banana

    handful of baby carrots

    Bump I love everyone's ideas! I don't snack much because all my snacks are so full of calories (hot cheetoes!)

    However I do love wheat thins and hummus
    sugar free jello and lite whipped cream
    string cheese
    cucumber with tapatio and lemon
    carrots and celery with peanut butter, hummus, or ranch
    just to name a few;)

    I love all these suggestions! One question tho...what is BUMP and how do I do it??? LOL

    "BUMP" happens when someone leaves a comment on the thread. It gets bumped to the top of their "My Topics" list so they can find it later to read other people's responses when they have the time. It also "Bumps" the post/thread to the top of the "Recent Posts" list so that more people can see it and respond to it. :)

    So a lot of people just say "Bump" instead of leaving a more detailed response.

    Great value fat free pretzel sticks. Its like 39 for 110 calories. I feel like Im eating a lot food..tricking the old brain. :) Grapes, banana, sugar free jello, popcorn, peanut butter.

    Brown paper lunch bag and 3tbsp of real popcorn in the microwave. 6 cups of popped popcorn with no oil for about 120 cals. season to taste. A bag of microwave popcorn is 400+ calories.
