  • Count me in! I'm keeping track of my miles/minutes.

    I'm going to go ahead and join this challenge for the new year. :smile: I plan on doing at least 50 minutes / 5x a week, but hopefully this will encourage me to do a little extra and meet my goals of 10 lbs lost every two months. I will edit this once I've done some time on the treadmill this afternoon. Thanks for this great motivator!
