    Includes: walking on treadmill, riding the bike, the elliptical, and weight lifting.

    2nd Jan: 105mins. (30mins run/walk, 45mins strength training, 30mins Just Dance 3)
    3rd Jan: 90mins (60mins Zumba, 30mins Just Dance 3)
    4th Jan: 75mins (30mins run/walk, 45mins Zumba).
    5th Jan: 40mins (20mins step, 10mins squats/lunges, 10mins stretch)
    6th Jan: 40mins (30mins run/walk, 10mins stretch)
