    How do people find their previous posts in such a long thread so that they can just add to it?
    I keep a Notepad .txt file on desktop with data, signature, ticker link. Edit that and paste into reply when I check in. I also keep the date and time of my last reply so I can skim the posts. :wink:

    Id love to join you guys in your 1000min challenge this month. = 40 min a day hummm, I'll try. I have a question for you Fitness and Exercise group. I have a Giggle Gym (vibrating exercise machine) called the PowerFit - Does any one have this machin?. I need to know how many calories it burns. Greatly appreciate your help. Lynn :drinker:

    Jan 6 - 60 mins (biggest loser boxing and just dance 3)

    Total: 275... 28% there!
