I'm really lagging behind - only 520 minutes leaving me with 480 for the final 9 days of Jan... not looking good i am still doing lots more than i did previously though so i don't feel too bad.
520 minutes is awesome dear!!! this challenge keeps you mindful and that is important. Maybe next month you can hit it. It may take more than one try. The 1st month I tried it, I did not hit 1000 min but I came very close!! 520 min by 23rd is not shabby at all. Keep up the good work!0 -

That's what I'm going to try to do for my step goal to balance out the month, knee permitting. Looks like I'll make the matminutes goal... barely(ugh, now THERE's an image!:ohwell: )

I totally agree with Barbara on YAY for all of us still trying to reach 1000, all those who met it already and our super duper challengers going way beyond 1000 min!! Keep up the good work peeps!! We have a little over a week to go!! Find a way to get that 1000 min in!! We can do this!!:flowerforyou:

I just started tracking my exercise and calories since Jan 7th- so far I have logged in 470 minutes of exercise in that time. I know I exercised before the 7th, about another 120 minutes, so that brings it to 590 minutes, so I need to exercise on avg. 45 min a day to reach the 1000 minute goal, I've got this!!!
