    Okay, so I blew away the 1000 minutes this month...I'm hoping to continue and that this is a monthly count that stays.

    I've noticed a few things. I started off strong because the weather was unusually warm for the area that I live in. I took advantage of this with a lot of evening walks, along with my morning walk and exercise routine. As things have iced over, it's been nearly impossible to be outdoors. Also, as I've started a training schedule for running, I seem to just do as recommended for the day with few add-ons.

    I have also come across a few helpful, free resources to keep variety up indoors and with little extra equipment:
    1. There are five free workout episodes I've found (5-20 minutes) on iTunes in their new fitness category.
    2. Website: http://www.women-workout-routines.com
    3. Website: http://www.gaiamtv.com/
    4. Hulu has several streaming workout videos and clips available.
    5. iTunes has several yoga video podcasts that are free
    6. Podrunner and Podrunner Intervals has really motivational, free workout dance music sets. This is a downloadable podcast on iTunes--again, free.

Since January 11, I have missed 1 day of exercise, whether it be a 20 calorie burning workout ondemand, or anything else I do at the gym/whatnot... as of today, I am at 936 minutes. I will hit 100 by tomorrow morning...YAY!! I wish I had seen this sooner, I would have tracked with you all!

    You all are rocking! You all are definitely motivating me to push to reach 1000 min by next Tuesday. Normally when I work out at home I just do 45 and maybe 50 min but today I pushed to 65 min since I am a little behind this group.:wink::blushing:
