Monday is a running day. I try to avoid running and cycling on the same day more than once per week. Crazy but I don't trust my legs on the walk/run, to be honest. Too many screwed up joints. I've worked out a schedule to bike on -TuWeTh-SaSu and walkrun on MWF and swim on MoTu-ThFr, although I will give myself the day off swimming tomorrow since I have meetings I can't miss during the usual swim time.0 -

I lost track of the days I did what but I managed to bike 121 miles, all on a stationary bike. One more day to go so maybe I'll try for another 9 just to make it an even number.
My God, I am in awe of some of your totals. However, I also do free weights, circuit training, cross country skiing, yoga and zumba during the winter. Once it's nice again, I am sure my cycling will go up.0 -

So I got results from 16 riders for a total of 4980.05miles. That's an average of 311.25 per rider. WOW. Way to go guys0

Goal of 3k for 2012-January goal of 280 (2011 LQ 712 miles), 257 miles in January, 23 miles short of goal. But I did finish my first Marathon 2/5/12-trying for 200 in Feb.0
