    in January, I'm going for at least 180. It'll probably have to be mostly on the trainer if last January's weather was typical in our town. Egad.

    1. 6.36 mi 30 min trainer
    5. 7.23 mi 30 min trainer
    6. 7.31 mi 30 min trainer
    7. 5.00 mi 32 min - neighborhood hills (wearing a lot of clothes!)
    8. 7.40 mi 30 min trainer
    Total 33.29 miles so far

    I need to up the pace to make my goal for the month.

    Hey gang:

    Got 110 miles in so far on the bike trainer and spin class. Started going to a 3rd class each week...plus I got to use the instructor bike so I am now seeing my actual miles per hour rather than just guessing (and boy was I guessing low on my miles). Looks like everyone is having a great January--keep it up!

    Wish I could join you - I am training for a 50k run and doing swimming classes in preparation for a half ironman in May.

    I envy all of you guys and the miles you have logged already.

    I am a mountain biker and my goal is to ride 25 miles every weekend... for now. As daylight expands past working hours, I plan on 40 miles a week. I rode 25.5 miles this weekend!

    Maybe some trainer time here and there, but most of my rides will be in the woods. I ride down to about 34 degrees so we will see what old man winter does to see how much time I will have to spend on a trainer :-(
