    i have a 3.5 mile run scheduled for today and a 5k race tomorrow as well as a 4-6 mile run sunday....monday is definitely going to be a rest day and then tuesday i'll finish my month with a strong 5ish on the treadmill watching biggest loser...i might just finish this month just under 100 miles friends...wonder if i can "push" myself to get to 100??? hmmmmm, i'll have to look at the numbers a bit more closely now :wink:

    I started repeating the last few weeks of the c25k program from W5D1, only faster. I can go longer distances now but my speed hasn't improved :sick: . I'm determined to run the 5K under 30 minutes by next spring :angry:

    Only 2 miles today... it snowed during the night, freezing rain this morning, and poring rain all afternoon & evening!!!! Slushy everywhere... :grumble:
    Snow tomorrow, so I'll walk as much as I can to make sure I reach my goal for the end of the month.

    Now I really CAN'T WAIT for spring to arrive!!!! I knew I wasn't born in the right part of the country!
