Biked 18 miles and swam 0.42 mile, Total for the month 350 miles

    Wow! Great work!

Thank you! I get a lot of motivation here! :-)

    OK. Here's my theory.

You live on an island, you swim to the beach every morning, when you arrive on the beach you run to get to work, and you work for FedEx or UPS but you do all your deliveries with your bike. You finish your day at work, run to the beach, swim to your island... Yes?

    LOL

I doubt I'll ever be able to cover as much miles as you do, but you sure are an inspiration for everybody here!!!! :flowerforyou:

My @ss has been draggin ALL week! Don't know what the deal is but suspecting it is from memenopause..:noway: :grumble: Can NOT get in a good nights sleep and the work week went fast but was stressful. I am hoping to sleep in past 4:50 for the next 2 mornings and get some more miles applied to the chart! I will be busy cleaning out and tossing items from two cupboards this weekend because the NEW countertops arrive Monday! :drinker:
I wish you all a great weekend!!

LOL, I kinda wish I lived on that island now. :glasses: Your description of my workday sounds a whole lot more exciting than my reality :frown: As for my mileage, it builds upon itself and gets easier to do over time. Especially, when you surround yourself with positive and inspiring people.

Just ran a 5K in the sunny cold. I was better than I expected since I haven't run in two weeks. Yikes.
