    Well, I took 3 days off last week because my muscles were starting to be sore just walking and I figured I should probably take some time off.

    Otherwise, I've been doing little workouts here and there and trying to walk more. :)

    30/31/300 for me. Today's run was totally wonderful. Surprised myself at how fast I was able to go.

    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 22 minutes
    Cleaning, light, moderate effort - 60 minutes

    January 4, 2012
    Running (jogging), up stairs - 23 minutes
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 30 minutes
    Elliptical Trainer - 15 minutes
    Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort - 15 minutes

    January 5, 2012
    Walking up & down stairs - 19 flights - 20 minutes

    January 8, 2012
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 60 minutes

    January 9, 2012
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 12 minutes
    Elliptical Trainer - 30 minutes

    January 12, 2012
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 30 minutes
    Elliptical Trainer - 15 minutes

    January 13, 2012
    Running/Walking Up & Down stairs - 21 minutes

    January 14, 2012
    Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort - 8 minutes

    January 19, 2012
    Elliptical Trainer - 40 minutes

    January 20, 2012
    Walking, 3.5 mph, brisk pace - 30 minutes
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 21 minutes

    January 21, 2012
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 70 minutes

    January 22, 2012
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 165 minutes

    January 28, 2012
    Hiking, climbing hills (carrying <10 lb load) - 60 minutes
    Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog - 80 minutes

    February 1, 2012:
    Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort - 20 minutes
    Bicycling, 10-12 mph, light (cycling, biking, bike riding) - 30 minutes

    February 2, 2012:
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) - 38 minutes

    So that makes 15 days so far. Copy pasted from my journal, so sorry for the formatting. Won't do that from now on, just to catch up. :)

    34/35/300 Went for a run since the trails were pretty clear. My puppy was pretty happy to be out with me!

    Feb 5 - 135 minute bike ride
    Feb 6 - NROLFW
    Feb 7 - 30 minute run + 20 minute bike ride

    Makes 19 days.

    Since I appear to be the only one posting in this, I'm going to semi-close this. At this point I'm 53/54/300. I'm very happy with what I'm accomplishing! Sorry no one seems to have the commitment to their health that this challenge requires... :cry:

    I just couldn't go 300 days without a day off exercise and I guess alot of people feel the same way

    You actually get 65 days off, and it doesn't have to be much, even a 10 minute daily walk counts towards activity.
