What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? finally got started on this old house :laugh: hours of painting and pulling wallpaper off the wall - good times. I am sure I burned some calories :bigsmile:
What would I have done differently? track calories - not eat the keibasa for dinner... greasy ...sodium... didn't feel that great after eating eat.
What is today's personal goals? elliptical and track my calories (and not go over!)

We had the boat show this weekend with not eating healthy but had a lot of fun.
Now back at it.
Also I was let go from my job on Thursday due to cutbacks. So retirement here I

What would I have done differently? To bed earlier (again) Such a bad habit!

Where are going skiing? I am a skiier too. We haven't been yet because our snow
conditions here are terrible. Today it is pouring rain.

What is today's personal goals? increased the elliptical to 60 mins... since I am not making a bunch of progress with my food\drink choices I need to kick up the workouts. When I first started I was doing 60 mins then thought I could decrease it to 30 mins... guess not :grumble: also need to track calories and stay positive

I was over 227 calories and got on the scale this morning and lost weight. I wonder if I am not eating

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went to the doctor's( to find out that I have a 2% chance of breast cancer - 0 would make me feel a little bit better). The doctor told me to come back in 6 mos... UGH!!! I am not sure if I am making a big deal out of nothing or should I go back to find out that it is nothing sooner than 6 mos. :noway:

appt. today. I have been trying to heal my right arm from the Wii Tennis.
