We had the boat show this weekend with not eating healthy but had a lot of fun.

Also I was let go from my job on Thursday due to cutbacks. So retirement here I

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes, even though I know that I went way over at the wine and food pairing. I focused my enjoyment on all the amazing food and had very little wine. :drinker:

What would I have done differently? To bed earlier (again) Such a bad habit!
