    What is today's personal goals? Stationery bike 30 mins.
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Wednesday, cleaning upstairs 4 hours.

    What would I have done differently? less spaghetti and didn't need the cookie dough before bed

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my medium weights work-out
    What would I have done differently? Spent less time in front of the keyboard last nite. earlier to bed! (Again)
    What is today's personal goals? Work-out stay, (Done. Did my first day of New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women from now on to be known as NROWL4W) stay under calories , Bible study, and stay away from non-productive activities! Oh and to bed on time!

    What would I have done differently? We went out for dinner and I would have ordered
    the salad like I planned in my mind, but everyone wanted pizza sheesh!! I caved.
    What is today's personal goals? 30 mins Hatha Yoga - Done
    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Thursday 30 mins stationery bike.

    I am still trying to get back to eating better from vacation. I didn't think it would be this hard.
    Still thinking strong so I know I can do this. My exercise is everyday now, just have to say no
    to the bad carbs. :smile:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? -all except the early to bed. - Jacuzzi snafu but it's working now again.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my first day of New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women (to be known as NROL4W) It goes 6 months. I plan to do 2 days a week. I'm sure you will be hearing more
    What would I have done differently? earlier to bed! (Again)
    What is today's personal goals? Work-out - Done, stay under calories, Bible studies, Eight a less fattening meal at the Italian restaurant today! Oh and to bed on time!

    Exercise this week Sun-Sat - Friday no exercise, back was sore. I knew I was
    skiing today so took a day off.

    I bought a Leslie Sasone DVD today, walking DVD, excited to try it.
    There are also some upper body exercises to try too. :bigsmile:

    I am just walking in the morning, Had a Stationary bike but it broke so needed another cheap form of activity.

    What is today's personal goals? Work-out - Done, stay under calories, prepare for meeting tonight, enjoy lunch out for a friend's birthdaywith out blowing my calorie count, and to bed on time!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finally getting back on track after the stomach bug this weekend and a fever of 101. I haven't been eating much so I've been under my calories for the past few days.
    What would I have done differently? check in and track my calories
    What is today's personal goals? watch what I eat, track calories and get back to the Y
