What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 35 mins. of stationery bike
What would I have done differently? I did have a chocolate bar. :ohwell: My downfall. (chocolate)
What is today's personal goals? Track, watch calories and eat healthy.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yoga was cancelled so I did some weight training
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did nautilus for the first time in months
What would I have done differently? Not graze at night
What is today's personal goals? the elliptical, watch what I eat and track calories
I set some mini goals this morning (thanks lstpaul :flowerforyou: ) - not very aggressive but since I have only gained over the past year and a half it will be a huge accomplishment to start going in the right direction. I don't think I've set goals like this since I first started.

I was as low as 179 a year and a half ago - it felt really good too. I remember saying oh - I can't have that... lately it's been ah - a little bit won't hurt. Well... it didn't help! Food to live, not live for food - need to get that in my head again.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? My goal is to get to 10,000 steps on my pedometer.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaned my downstairs and checked out my packing
for the trip.
What would I have done differently? We had Chinese for dinner and always too much sodium.
But I was too tired to cook after cleaning.
What is today's personal goals? Beautiful day but cold, went for a walk.
Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) Cleaned downstairs and got over 5,000 steps on my
pedometer.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did eat a light dinner to make up for earlier eating ... and would have been good on calories if I wouldn't have given in to eating a piece of the leftover coffee cake that my mom left for me
What would I have done differently? less snacking, less carbs
What is today's personal goals? STAY UNDER CALORIES, track on MFP, step class tonight ... should be fun as my 11-yr old son is going with me

Monday weigh-in -134 Took off 5 of the 5.5 pounds added due to... Birthday celebrations, parents anniversary, a week of travel, Super Bowl over indulgence, lack of regular routine and TOM. Really happy to see so much of it go, I was expecting to work at it longer! Goal for this week, say "See-'ya" to 1/2 pound more!:happy:0 -

What would I have done differently? It was the Tiramasu cheesecake that put me over the edge. Enjoyed it with a friend with coffee. I think it was a worthwhile indulgence.
