Did you stay within your nutritional goals? not sure, I don't think I tracked everthing but I did track more than I usually do on weekends.

What is today's personal goals? yoga, laundry, and track calories

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? i only burned 400 calories on the elliptical. I didn't have enough time to get to 500. I had a meeting at 100. :noway: but it was more than the usual 300. Trying to burn 500 calories for 5 days.
What would I have done differently? track my calories yesterday and not log in dinner this morning. Watch my sodium.
