3500+ calories burn challenge 1/9-1/15

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

    I burned that much today alone.

    25 minutes cyccling 20mph
    10 minutes stairmaster
    40 minutes sauna
    walk 1 mile throwing 20lb medicine ball
    jog 1 mile throwing 20 lb medicine ball
    Arm curls
    Tricep curls
    Shoulder press
    Dumbbell Butterflies
    Medicine ball toss--8 lb ball, 3 minutes x 5 times.

    Tired lol.

    Hi, everyone! I did a challenge very similar to this in May of last year. I'll start my goal at 3500 and see where that leads me. Since starting school, I don't have much time to exercise - or at least that's what I thought. But last week, I worked out after school. I didn't get done until 8 most nights, but I worked out.     Week 4 for me. I don't think I reached my goal last week as my schedule has changed. I will make it this week though!

    Weekly Goal 3500 calories:

    Monday: Elliptical for 45 Min + 5 Min Cool down: Total Time 50 Min. Cal Burned 902 (according to HRM). Abdominal Machine 25 Min. Total # Crunches 200. Calories burned (according to HRM) 366.
    TOTAL for DAY 1: 1268 Calories Burned.
