    This is my first challenge and I hope it keeps me motivated.

    Ive started a group for this. About a month ago :-)
    Check it out.. I try & do it every week..

    That's nice but this one has been going on for over a year and the reason I didn't put in in a group is so that new people could find it easily with out having to search through groups which are mostly dead.

    How do you figure out how many calories you burned?

    How ever you would normally calculate your calories burned HRM, the machine, or going off what MFP tells you.
