Thank you.
As far as tips go; I try to drink at least 8 cups of water, if not more, a day. I will have an occasional diet soda, but drink only water, milk, & coffee on a daily basis. I try and stay far away from refined sugar - I used to put 3/4 spoons in my coffee now - none.
I have my base at 1200, sometimes I eat exercise calories back if I'm hungry, if I'm not hungry I don't eat. I cook a lot at home & use as many fresh ingredients that I can.
Anyone who wants a friend, I'm here & I am pretty good with logging daily.
Good luck & stay focused!:flowerforyou:
Thanks so much! This is very helpful to those of us who can't wait to look like you =[]0 -
I'm 5'5 and I started at 155. I am now down to 146lbs so I will be posting pics soon! I have a few on my page of when I was at my heaviest (180lbs), then one at my thinnest (about 125lbs) and one of me as of a few days ago. My target weight is 130lbs and no lower! I gain muscle very easily and I don't want to have it deteriorate. And muscle weighs more than fat! So, don't worry so much about the number and more about how you look and feel (:0

Here's mine - not a huge difference, but hey.
Both were taken at Disneyland, a year apart. In the first pic I was about 150lbs, and the 2nd is 135. I'm 5'5.
You're nuts, you can definitely see a difference, in your face and midsection. Good job!0 -
I am 35 yrs old, mom of twins and 5'4". I started at 210 lbs. in June 2010, joined MFP in Sept 2010 (just realized this week there are message boards!) and now I am currently 120 lbs. I'm pretty much at my goal weight, but I lost all the weight without exercising, so now I just want to tone up. I might have to actually put weight back on to do that. My measurements are 34-26-35 and I'm a size 4 dress/pants, size small top. HTH and best of luck to you!

Probably at 210 lbs., one of the reasons I started losing weight, a friend posted this dreadful shot on her facebook.

I know that most are complimenting your weight loss and fitness progress, but I just have to say that your smile is beautiful, infectious. And I see it before and after! :flowerforyou:0 -
this. Very motivational! Thank you ladies for being so courageous. I'm having a hard time looking at my body let alone posting a pic of it. But it's an issue that will be dealt w/ when I post my success story. Thank you very much for the inspiration! You all look amazing.0

Way to go!0 -
That was for Cweiler4.
I worked out 6 days a week with Insanity and did a kickboxing class. In the beginning I was crazy :noway: and did 2-a-days while I was on the Insanity program. Now, I workout 5 days a week where I do kickboxing 4 days a week and fill in 1 day with Insanity, Insanity Asylum, or P90X2.0 -

Terrific! You look awesome!0 -
Hi. I'm 5'4" and 169 lbs. I went from a size 22 to size 16. Last year I was around 190 lbs. My first major goal is 140 (per my doctor). Then after that, I wouldn't mind being 125 lbs.
Ever since I have been using MFP religiously, more lbs have been coming off.
I get to work early to get some speed walking before my shift starts. I spend 15 - 20 minutes of my lunch time speed walking and listening to music.0
