I just had corn tortillas last night for dinner! They are my new favorite item. I don't even use any kind of regular burrito or tortilla wrap anymore, just these. Last night I made 10 mini "tacos" and it was great for leftovers and to portion out the recipe.

This is a fabulous way to use them! Thank you so much! Gosh knows I have tons extra, when so many come in that bag!

I'm from the UK too and was just about to say that I have never seen the Corn ones here...

I think our lowest Tortilla comes in at about 140 cals? We could do with getting rid of that extra 100 somehow

Just made these for my mid-morning snack (playing hooky from work today!) - delish! Thanks so much for the idea. I left them in the 400F oven for 10 minutes and that did the trick... need to remember to add some kosher salt next time!

What brand are your 40 calorie tortillas?

Here in England they're way over that amount, but if I have a brand name I could do a search, or may even be able to find some to bring back at Loblaws during my upcoming trip to Canada.

In Canada we have Paco Corn Tortillas. They are only 40 calories! :)
