I was thinking between 330 and 335lbs. Havent a clue what someone with his height and weight would look like though.. Tried to google it but couldnt find a thing! I have 8 months - i am currently 152lbs and hope to get to my goal within 8 months. Do you think this is possible? x

I am 5'5" and targeting 140. It depends on your build.

My low is 128. I was pretty skinny and it was 15 years ago.

I am thinking the same range as you. My doctor and I have set 150 as my goal weight for my TOPS group, but that was when I was still at just over 200 lbs. My original goal weight for TOPS was 190. I would like to get down to 140 (allowing myself +/- 5 lbs from that point). At 140 I will have lost 100 lbs total.

Thats amazing. I used to be nearly 13 stone but managed to lose 20lbs. It feels amazing when you lose weight doesnt it. Keep up the good work x

What was your starting weight? You can do it, just stay positive. We all have bad days and good days (today, yesterday and the day before were all bad days), i find it so hard to stay under my 1420 daily calorie goal!! But we can do it!! Do you come on here every day?

Typically at 5 ft 100 pounds then add 5 pounds for every inch so 5' 5" would be 125 pounds. I'm 5'7" and a good weight for me is between 138-140.

My low weight was 115, but when I was running track and playing volleyball with a decent amount of muscle I was 135 and I was very happy there.

    Start Weight - 184 on 11/14
    1st Goal weight - 157
    2nd goal weight 140
    Ultimate goal weight - 130-135

Current Weight 166 as of 1/9

Sana - I eat between 1100-1200 calories on non workout days and no more than 1400 on workout days even if I burn more calories working out I don't eat them all back.
