    It's my first week and MFP gives me a goal of 1340 workout calories per week so I'm going to make my goal 2,000 :)

    Monday - 573 (elliptical and circuit at gym, supreme 90 day at home)

    Tuesday - 141 (just dance III, stair climber machine)
    left to go: 1286

    Wednesday - 446 (cardio challenge on supreme 90 day, just dance III)
