It's my first week and MFP gives me a goal of 1340 workout calories per week so I'm going to make my goal 2,000
Monday - 573 (elliptical and circuit at gym, supreme 90 day at home)
left to go: 1427
Tuesday - 141 (just dance III, stair climber machine)
left to go: 1286
Wednesday - 446 (cardio challenge on supreme 90 day, just dance III)
left to go: 840
Thursday - 458 (supreme 90 day legs, just dance III)
left to go: 382
Friday - 86 (pilates)
left to go: 296
Saturday - 276 (Supreme 90 day Full Body)
left to go: 20
Sunday - 284+ (i'm not done working out yet) (did Just Dance 3, still have to do S90D)
Goal reached? YEP!

:sad: Gutted! I could have easily managed to fit in another 100cals, if I'd just gone for a lunchtime walk one day :grumble:0 -
I am in and this will be my first week. I started MFP on January 8 and I was aiming for 3500 a week but I want to do more so I am aiming for 7000 a week. I know that is a lot but I am going to try my hardest to do it and if not that is okay. We all have to take into consideration the calories that we are burning by just living. I went to a website that explains all about the BMR, not BMI. BMR is your Basic Metabolic Rate and we burn a lot of calories just living so we really need to take that into consideration I think especially if all of us are taking in 1200 calories a day.
