    Great Job! You should be very proud of where you and how you got there. The most I weighed in my life was 165 after 3 kids and it was hard getting to the 136 I stalled at. By seeing your post it gives me hope I can reach my goal of 120...

    Amazing job! Keep going~! Glad to see someone who is not whining about their bad knees or ankles or anything stopping them from working out but rather gritting the teeth and pushing forward! I also have bad knees that seems to have gotten worse as i lose weight, but I just brace them and keep going as I am really learning to love running and enjoy doing that as it makes me feel fit! THe operation should help and kudos to the fact that you can now have that done, im envious!
