Great results! I really need to try this workout even though I put myself on a workout DVD probation again lol. I used to do the workout sometimes from the on demand cable channel but that channel is now unfortunately gone.

I love the butt bible! The trainer Pauline cracks me up. She's always talking abuot cracking nuts with your butt and things like that. As I recall , most of the videos are about 35 minutes.

I just got it for Christmas and plan to do it after I am done the 30DS BUT I cannot figure out (it does not say on the box), what do you need to do the workout weights or a weighted bar? Anything else?
