    Man I'd even take the butt from the BEFORE pictures! I have no butt to speak of. Hopefully my workouts will help give me a butt!

    Wow, impressive! I didn't *really* think that a lifted butt was possible unless you had the natural genetics for it.

    wow thank you everyone! I'm very glad I posted this although I was a little shy. Yes, go out and buy it! Pauline Nordine (the trainer) should be paying me for advertising her dvd. har har ;D

    And I did the workout everyday except saturday and sunday. I just refused to quit! lol !

    Thanks to your pictures I ordered the Butt Bible this morning, and picked the *rush* options so I get it super fast! I hate my bum more than anything, but I"m determined to turn it into my favorite part of me. Thank you sooo much for posting these pics, they were a HUGE motivation for me!
