Grass fed, jersey cow, heavy whipping cream and a little liquid vanilla stevia.
Sometimes, coconut cream and nothing else.
Real cocoa, liquid vanilla stevia and either GF HWC or CC.
However, I grew up drinking coffee in New Orleans, Louisiana. My grandparents didn't drink coffee, they drank Coffee & Chicory. To this day, if my coffee lacks chicory, it feels unhealthful, flavorless and disappointing. The flavor of the chicory is the taste my palate seeks first in the mug. I'm in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada drinking French Market Coffee & Chicory that I brought with me from Seattle whose Vietnamese population also cherishes the delicious brew and I am having it along with some Trader Joe's Gingerbread Spice Coffee, HWC and liquid Vanilla Stevia.0 -

Fresh, strong, splash of semi milk or black and two sugars. If I'm out I go to Costa (hate Starbucks, watered down blegh) and my usual is a skinny hazelnut latte with an extra shot. Double espresso is good too.0

50/50 with Baileys or not bother at all. Two or three of those is a great start to my work day.0

a little bit of 1% milk (an ounce) 2 packets of spelnda OR Sometimes I like to put in a scoop of protein in my coffee with 2 splendas.0

In a latte or a Vietnamese-style iced coffee ... that's why I don't drink much coffee. LOL
But 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 cup of 1% milk and a shot of Torani syrup comes a close second.0 -
I like to make my coffee like french onion soup. Its great tasting and filling.
here is what I make.
one cup coffee
one plain doughnut
one slice of Kraft American cheese (America first!!)
one packet of splenda, not sugar!
creamer
Put the doughnut into the cup FIRST! if you don't it will make a mess. Also don't try this with a jelly filled doughnut. I hear a guy died.
Put the doughnut into the bottom, you might have to break it up a little first, this is ok, as long as it fits.
Pour in the cream and sugar substitute next.
Pout in the hot coffee. The doughnut will rise up. No need to stir, it will self mix.
set the slice of cheese on top, and let it melt over the edges making a seal. Now you are ready to keep this warm for hours!
Its great and high in protein.
When you are ready to drink, just poke though the cheese with a knife and sip away.
Total, this is well under 300 calories!!0 -
I love it with half & half, sugar, whipped cream, cinnamon, chocolate, etc... but I have it daily with only half & half! I usually drink hazelnut coffee and grind it from the whole bean, it does make a difference. Also I use a French Press and that makes a difference too.0

just plain old coffee with half-and-half. sugar-free stops the cravings, but when i add just a little, all of the sudden i want a cookie with that coffee. that's while it's real cream (non of that powdered crap) for me!0

The best is from the coffee bar in Jamaica (super strong) and then walk over to the bar to get a shot of creme rum and off to the beach to watch the sunset.....
Or, if I'm at home, strong, flavored creamer, and sugar. :happy:0 -
